12.7.24 Trail Report: The trails with the exception of the Lunch Trail have been groomed with a track set. Very few thin spots, a mix of powder and frozen granular. The Warming Hut IS NOT open for rentals yet, please bring your own gear.

Protected Lands & Trails
Western Foothills Land Trust protects farmlands, wetlands, forestlands, unique natural resources and open space in the greater Oxford Hills area of Western Maine. The Trust also holds conservation easements on privately owned lands and owns working forest lands and preserves in the region.
To date our lands, contain over 32 miles of recreational trails, 7 of which are groomed for Nordic skiing in the winter.
Programs & Events
From monthly walks to seasonal programs such as paddling and ski clinics, Western Foothills Land Trust offers opportunities for all ages and abilities. We also host annual community events such as the Norway Snowshoe Festival in February and the Norway Triathlon in July on beautiful Lake Penneseewassee.
